    Description

Red Pine Barn Beams milled in Central Oregon in the 1920’s and shipped by train to Nebraska where they served as structural elements in a Grain Elevator. Counting the growth rings, these are from Old Growth trees that started growing well before the American Civil War! Very tight grain and tons of character will make for beautiful figure when milled. Just think of the conversations you’ll have about these pieces as they make up your rustic fireplace mantel, custom bar, countertop, or whatever else you can dream up.
There are 38 beams in total and 3 different sizes are available: 11 1/4” x 11 1/4”, 7 1/2” x 16”, 11 1/2” x 16 1/2” Lengths range from 8’ to 14’. Custom milling is available, contact me to discuss your individual needs or to discuss any project you would like built. Price shown on ad is per beam. By comparison a 6”x6”x6’ “antiqued” beam on Amazon retails for about 0
Pictures are what I have of the raw beams. Nails/foreign objects would be removed before pickup. I will update this post as I mill and finish them. The bar is a project I did out of this material, just to get your creative juices flowing and show what your finish might look like.
These beams are a rare find, and available only for a limited time, as I am using them locally for other projects like the bar. Get yours while you can!
Local pickup only, as these are well beyond allowable shipping weight. Between 200-500 lbs each
